Is Remote Online Notarization legal?

Yes. State law authorizes commissioned Remote Online Notaries to perform online notarizations. However, you should verify that the receiving organization or agency accepts electronically notarized documents for your specific purpose.

Do I have to be in the United States?

No. You can be located almost anywhere in the world during your appointment, provided your document and circumstances are eligible under the notaries commissioned law.

Can I use your services if I’m outside the United States?

Yes. We specialize in helping U.S. citizens and international clients who need U.S. documents notarized while living, working, or traveling abroad.

Before Your Appointment

What do I need before my appointment?

Please have the following ready:

• A valid government-issued photo ID
• Your unsigned document(s)
• A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone
• A reliable internet connection
• A quiet, well-lit location for your appointment

Can I sign my documents before the appointment?

No. Please wait until your live session. The notary must witness your signature during the notarization process.

What types of identification are accepted?

We accept many government-issued photo IDs, including:

• Eligible Foreign Passport
• Military Identification
• Permanent Resident Card (when applicable)

Your ID must be current, valid, and clearly legible.

During Your Appointment

How long does the appointment take?

Most notarization appointments are completed in approximately 10–20 minutes, depending on the number of documents and signatures.

What if I lose my internet connection?

If your connection is interrupted, we’ll work with you to reconnect and complete your appointment as quickly as possible.

Can multiple people sign during the same appointment?

Yes. If multiple signers are required, please let us know when scheduling so we can ensure enough time is reserved.

Pricing

How much does Remote Online Notarization cost?

Our standard pricing includes:

• Domestic Online Notarization: $25 for the first notarial seal and $10 for each additional seal.
• International Online Notarization: $69 for the first notarial seal, $69 for second seal, $25 for each additional seal, plus a $5 booking fee.

For businesses with recurring notarization needs, custom pricing is available
